The Seville Condominiums are located just South of the Clearwater Mall which is located in the South-East corner of FL-60 and US-19.
There are multiple Condominium buildings in the group, and each one has it's own Board of Directors and Association Rules. Some of them are 55+ living quarters, and some are not.
On the North side of Seville Blvd is our Association Clubhouse with group gathering spaces such as pool room and card rooms. Also available is a large meeting hall. Adjacent to the excersize facility is our large swimming pool complete with excersize facilities.
Seville Condominium Building 4 is a 55+ association, and has 35 reserved covered parking stalls, and over a dozen open parking, which are not reserved. Pets are limited to a single dog or cat, and they must weight less than 25 pounds. Additional restrictions may also apply. If you are interested in purchasing or placing an offer on one of the units in Seville Condominium Building 4, you should download and review the Rules and Regulations doument prior to making an offer. Claiming you did not know about one or more of the restrictions will not prevent you from having to conform to those restrictions as an owner.
